Before: Meta was generating real interest. Every inquiry still turned into a manual chase across Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and a personal phone.

We pulled every inbound conversation into one workspace and built forms that capture name, phone, email, and job details up front, so nobody has to ask for a phone number three messages deep.

Then we rebuilt the website around conversion so paid social had an owned channel to land on. In the first 30 days the new site produced more than 1,100 messages and 41 brand-new leads.

Before: A real business with real demand and no dependable way to create more of it. An agency was already involved, with no direct line and no way to tell which ads were producing work.

We built the Google Ads foundation from scratch: profile, tracking, campaigns, and a budget that did not require an outsized spend to prove itself.

Then we connected attribution back to the platform and moved every lead, text, and call into one shared workspace, so two partners could stop coordinating follow-up from personal phones.

Before: More than $4,000 a month across multiple agencies, each running its own platform and reporting its own version of the story. No shared view of what was actually bringing in qualified work.

The first change was not another campaign. It was consolidation: one operating system for marketing and follow-up, with Housecall Pro connected to the same workflow.

With Meta and Google working off the same foundation, attribution stopped being a guess. That system is now what the expansion into new markets is being built on.

Was spending $4,000+/mo across multiple agencies

The diagnosis

You probably don't have a lead problem. You have leaks.

Every home service business runs the same path, from someone searching to a booked job. Jobs do not usually disappear at the top. They fall out quietly, one stage at a time.

  1. 01Google search
    Google visibility is weak
  2. 02Website visit
    Website doesn't convert
  3. 03Lead
  4. 04Call / form
    Nobody responds quickly
  5. 05Estimate
    Estimates never get followed up
  6. 06Follow-up
    Follow-up stops too early
  7. 07Booked job
No one knows which marketing produced the job
  8. 08Review / repeat customer
    Past customers never get reactivated

More ad spend doesn't fix a leaking bucket.

Before adding more marketing, we find which part of your customer acquisition system is actually holding growth back. Then we fix that part first.

The system

Meet the Local Job Engine

One connected system designed to turn local attention into booked jobs.

  1. Get found

    01

Show up when someone in your service area searches for the work you do.

Google Search · Google Business Profile · Local SEO · Service area pages · Citations

  2. Convert

    02

Turn that visit into a call or a form instead of a bounce.

Website · Landing pages · Calls · Forms · Conversion optimization

  3. Follow up

    03

Answer while they are still holding the phone, then keep going.

    CRM · SMS · Email · Speed-to-lead · Automations

  4. Reactivate

    04

The cheapest pipeline you own is the list you already have.

Old leads · Past customers · Unsold estimates · Database campaigns

  5. Measure

    05

Know which channel produced the job, not just the click.

Lead source · Calls · Forms · Appointments · Revenue attribution

  6. Optimize

    06

Find the weakest link and pull the next highest-leverage lever.

Identify the constraint · Prioritize the fix · Feed it back into the engine

Optimize feeds straight back into Get found and Convert. That is the loop.

The difference

We're not trying to sell you more marketing.

We are trying to figure out what actually produces more jobs.

What happens next

What happens after you start?

No mystery onboarding. This is the order we work in, and how far we get in the first month depends on what the diagnosis turns up.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Audit Google visibility, website conversion, tracking, CRM, follow-up, competitors and your existing database.

  2. 02

    Fix

Attack the most obvious, highest-leverage leaks first.

  3. 03

    Build

Strengthen the SEO foundation, your pages, the website, tracking and the rest of the Local Job Engine infrastructure.

  4. 04

    Launch

Turn on the systems that capture, nurture and reactivate opportunities.

  5. 05

    Optimize

Review the real data together and decide which lever gets pulled next.

Operator credibility

We're not just marketers.

We've helped build businesses far beyond the stage most local agencies ever reach. This one is not a home service company, and we are not going to pretend it is. It is here so you know who you would be working with.

Over six years the account climbed from a near standing start to $13.3M in total gross volume and more than 2,000 new customers. The last two years are where it compounded: gross volume up 279% period over period, MRR more than doubled to $210K, active subscribers up 130% to 495, and successful payments up 414%, from 4,142 to 21,306. Slow at first, then steep.

Straight talk

The Local Job Engine probably isn't for you if...

  • You're still deciding what business to start.
  • You haven't proven your core service yet.
  • You're looking for overnight SEO rankings.
  • You expect marketing to replace answering the phone or following up.
  • You want a magic button with zero involvement.

It was built for operators who already know how to deliver the service, and want a better system for generating the opportunities.

Before you ask

Questions we get every week.

I already have an SEO company. Does this still make sense?
Possibly. We start by looking at what is actually working. If something is producing results, the goal is not to replace it for the sake of replacing it. The point is to find the part of the system that is holding you back, which is often somewhere else entirely.
How quickly does SEO work?
Organic growth compounds, and the timeline varies by market, competition and where you are starting from, so we are not going to put a date on it. Conversion improvements, tracking, CRM cleanup and reactivating your existing database can sometimes create opportunities earlier, because those work with demand you already have.
Do you run paid ads?
Yes, Google and Meta both, when paid is genuinely the right lever. But Grow is designed to build something beyond dependence on paid traffic. If ads are the answer for your business we will say so, and we will also tell you when they are not.
Do I need to change my CRM?
Grow includes a full GoHighLevel CRM with the pipelines, automations and follow-up built for your business. If you are already running something that works, that is part of the diagnosis conversation rather than an automatic rip-and-replace.
What if SEO isn't my biggest problem?
Then we should not pretend it is. The whole purpose of the Local Job Engine is to identify the biggest constraint and fix the right part of the system. Sometimes that is visibility. Often it is follow-up speed, the website, or a database nobody has touched in two years.
